Today I am going to share with you a few of my October book recommendations! I chose three of my favorites that I think you will enjoy as well! Of course, you don't have to read all three of them during October but this is just a little reading starter pack that can take you through most of those cozy nights!!

First up is of Nicholas Sparks's book entitled "See Me". I am obsessed with anything Nicholas Sparks writes and I have read every single one of his books! Here is a little synopsis on what this novel is about:

"Colin Hancock is giving his second chance his best shot. With a history of violence and bad decisions behind him and a threat of prison dogging his every step, he's determined to walk a straight line. The last thing he is looking for is a serious relationship".

"Maria Sanchez, the hardworking daughter of Mexican immigrants, is the picture of conventional success: with a degree from Duke Law Shcool and a job at a prestigious firm in Willmington, she has a seemingly flawless professional track record. Yet Maria has a traumatic history of her own".

"A chance encounter on a rain-swept road will alter the course of both Collin and Maria's lives. As love unexpectedly takes hold between them, they dare to envision what a future together could possibly look like.....until....menacing events from Maria's past begin to surface".

And that's just a small little summary o what's going on in this novel! I love Nicholas Sparks as a novelist and this one DOES NOT disappoint! It's full of suspense, emotion and funny moments and it perfect for a Fall evening read on your personal downtime.

James Pattersons' Suzanne's Diary For Nicholas is about a woman named "Katie who has found her perfect match, but one day without explanation, he disappears from her life, leaving behind only a diary for her to read. The diary is a love letter written by a new mother named Suzanne and her baby son named Nicholas. In it, she pours her heart out about her baby, the boys' father and about her hope for marriage and a family. As Katie reads this diary it becomes clear that the person who has just left her is the father and husband in this young family. Katies reads on filled with terror and hope, as she struggles to understand what has happened and whether or not her new love has a prayer of surviving".

I chose these two books for this month because they are simple reads but also create a small world to escape to after a long day of work. When I was younger, I could read a new book every few days and they were my go-to forms of entertainment. I feel like once I started college, I couldn't keep up with my studies and reading for fun, so I fell off for a little bit. Now that I have a bit more time on my hands I am starting to build up my reading library again so that I can have something to read during the cooler months. I don't know about you but I find that I love reading paper/hardback books more than I do a Kindle because it gives me a break away from the large amounts of screen time that I consume each day. However, I will say that I have been LOVING reading regularly again and can't wait to dive into some new books pretty soon! Anyways, are you guys reading anything currently? Let's share book ideas!
